PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Crisis Care Network, the largest private sector supplier of Critical Incident Response systems, services, and preparedness resources. Has led hundreds of on-site interventions following business, school, and church tragedies. Consults with insurers, EAPs, and employers regarding violence prevention and trauma response. Following the 9-11 terrorist attacks, he was involved in both management and direct clinical service to companies near Ground Zero. Highly regarded as a public speaker, he has been featured in the CD training series “Critical Incident Response”, has been published in clinical and business journals, and co-authored a chapter in Jane’s Information Group’s Workplace Security Handbook.
